Beyond Humanity is Interface’s third studio album, and first to be released on the American label Nilaihah Records, in March of 2006. Marking a notable departure from the previous release (2002’s Angels In Disguise), it had a colder, somewhat darker tone throughout its track listing. The album’s central concept was humankind’s loss of control in its world – especially to technology and the uncertainty of the future. Crunchy beats and synths were met with heavily-processed vocals and samples.
